Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
- During sales, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Canada
- We currently ship within Canada only.
- Flat-rate shipping: $19 CAD on all Canadian orders.
- Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, depending on your region.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on location.
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.
Free Local Pickup & Delivery – Grande Prairie Area
- FREE local pickup is available in the Grande Prairie, Alberta area by appointment.
- FREE local delivery is also available within Grande Prairie city limits.
- To arrange local pickup or delivery, select the option at checkout and we’ll contact you to coordinate.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped (if applicable).
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Incorrect Address Policy
- Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping payment to be resent.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to locate it.
Shipping Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.
- Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
