Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping details below.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
  • During sales, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Within Canada

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
  • Flat-rate shipping: $19 CAD on all Canadian orders.
  • Orders are shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, depending on your region.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days depending on location.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times.


Free Local Pickup & Delivery – Grande Prairie Area

  • FREE local pickup is available in the Grande Prairie, Alberta area by appointment.
  • FREE local delivery is also available within Grande Prairie city limits.
  • To arrange local pickup or delivery, select the option at checkout and we’ll contact you to coordinate.


Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped (if applicable).
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.


Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require additional shipping payment to be resent.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with the carrier to locate it.

 

Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses.
  • Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.
